Description We are in search of a Help Desk Analyst II to join our team in Palo Alto, California. As a Help Desk Analyst II, you will be tasked with managing IT issues and projects, ensuring user software is functioning correctly, and helping to maintain client and firm files. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the smooth functioning of user software by troubleshooting and confirming its operation.

• Assisting in the resolution of IT-related issues and the execution of IT projects.

• Collaborating with an external IT company to achieve IT-related tasks.

• Assisting in the scanning and uploading of client documents onto the network.

• Assisting with accounting functions and the coordination of firm events.

• Helping in the creation and maintenance of both client and firm files.

• Managing multiple tasks and assuming greater responsibilities when required.

• Learning new software and maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information. Requirements • Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

• Proficiency in using Mac Computers is required

• Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products

• Familiarity with Active Directory is mandatory

• Experience with computer hardware, including troubleshooting and repair, is needed

• Must have skills in Configuration Management

• Experience in deployments is necessary

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required

• Knowledge of LexisNexis is a plus

• Familiarity with FileZilla is an advantage

• Candidate must have data entry skills
