　　Pharmacy Representative for pharmacies in Timisoara, Romania.

　　This position reports into Field Force Manager and is based in Romania.

　　What You Will Do

　　The Pharmacy Representative is responsible for providing liaison with healthcare professionals in pharmacies from the designated area, develop and retain top customers and nurture those key relationships over time by becoming a strategic partner and advisor. Designated area: Timisoara, Arad, Bihor and Hunedoara counties.

　　Key Responsibilities

　　Advises on a plan to achieve objectives through servicing of multiple healthcare professional accounts in a prescribed territory.

　　Schedules appointments and makes preplanned presentations to customers.

　　Constant work on POSM placement and improvement of visibility in pharmacies.

　　Regular visits following a planned routing to pharmacies for OTC, skincare and personal care brands, according to monthly priorities set by direct manager.

　　Initiates contact and schedules appointments with potential new customers and KOL’s.

　　Optimize the use of resources & activities. Maintain and improve HCP list in the area of responsibility.

　　Acquire and maintain product & disease knowledge of J&J products. Follow up competition systematically and provide feedback.

　　Prepares detailing reports and documents as required.

　　Ensure the implementation of company's HCC policy, processes and rules.

　　Compliance with all the relevant Kenvue business conduct policies including Business Conduct Policy and the Health Care Compliance Policy.

　　Qualifications

　　What We Are Looking For

　　Required Qualifications

　　University Degree.

　　2 years in health care industry – preferred OTC or dermato-cosmetics field.

　　2 years of Sales and/or Medical Detailing and/or Account Management experience.

　　Proficiency in English.

　　Computer Skills

　　Excellent communication skills including developing relationships at all levels in organization and in the market.

　　Willing to travel.
