　　Responsibilities

　　Manage the daily operations of pharmacy services.

　　Develop and implement performance improvement activities to include medication safety, medication use evaluation and pharmacoeconomics.

　　Conduct competency assessments and coordinates the training and development of pharmacists, pharmacy residents and pharmacy students.

　　Develop and manage departmental budget to promote pharmacoeconomics.

　　Ensure compliance with federal, state, and Board of Pharmacy rules and regulations. Also serves on various committees.

　　Requirements

　　Licensure / Certification / Registration:

　　Pharmacist credentialed from the Wisconsin Pharmacy Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.Education:

　　Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.Work Experience:

　　3 years of experience required OR a graduate from an accredited Health System PharmacyAdministration residency program required.Additional Preferences

　　A minimum of 3 years prior hospital pharmacy experience

　　Prior hospital pharmacy leadership experience and/or completion of a PGY2 in pharmacy administration preferred
