　　This position will be a part of our hybrid work from home/on site business model. Up to 50% work from home (2 weeks remote, 2 weeks onsite), subject to change as business needs change. This business model would take effect after fully trained/meeting expectations (minimum of 3 months).

　　Preferred Qualifications - Licenses in other states desirable - Prefer Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, prescriptions Education Bachelor’s / Pharm D degree in Pharmacy

　　Pay Range

　　The typical pay range for this role is:

　　$33.75 - $72.69

　　This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
