JobSummary The PG Training Consultant will be responsible for designing anddelivering training programs to the Power Generation business unit. ThePG Training Consultant will also manage training course content. The PGTraining Consultant will work closely with the management team toidentify training needs, create training plans and evaluate theeffectiveness of training programs. The PG Training Consultant positionis part of the PG Training Consultant Job Family comprised of (PGAssociate Training Consultant, PG Training Consultant, PG SeniorTraining Consultant, and PG Principal Training Consultant). Whereeducation and experience will be the determining factor. JobResponsibilities Design Design and develop training content that meetthe needs of the organization. Conduct research and analyze data toidentify needs and gaps in current training courses. Evaluate theeffectiveness of training content and recommended improvements to ensurelearning objectives are met. Create training materials, includingfacilitator guides, participant workbooks and visual aids. Collaboratewith external business partners when necessary Deliver Deliver trainingcontent to employees at all levels of the organization, both in-personand virtual. Coordinate training sessions, including locations andschedule. Partner with stakeholders to reinforce training concepts andskills Manage Collaborate with the management team to assess andidentify training needs. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programsand make recommendation for improvements. Develop metrics to measure theimpact of training on business outcomes. Manage multiple trainingprojects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Provide regular progressreports to management on training projects Other Manage positiverelationships with stakeholders, ensuring they receive exceptionalcustomer service and support.
