As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for working with avariety of customers in the hospitality industry and other commercialbusinesses. By providing quality services and identifying solutions to pestproblems you'll help our customers to protect their brand and support theirsuccess. Our 5-week comprehensive PAID TRAINING program is designed to providethe tools and resources for you to be one of the best in your field - no priorexperience required! Once in an established route, this role offersflexible scheduling and ownership of the customer accounts you service.
What You Will Do:Establish effective working relationships with a variety of customers andpartner with them on best practices to identify and solve pest eliminationneedsMaintain expertise in Ecolab's product/service offerings and industryconditions, to enhance service and sales of pest prevention/eliminationsolutioUse handheld computerized equipment to manage service and documentstructural, sanitation and pest issues
Position Details:This is a field-based position and may require travel in and around thesurrounding areas:Denver, COWork week and shift:Position 1: Combination shift (50% day hours & 50% night hours) Full TimePosition 2: Bread route shift (early mornings 4am-12noon) Full Time
During your training program, you will be required to travel to EcolabCorporate Headquarters in Eagan, Minnesota for 1 of the 5 weeks. Traveltypically takes place during week 3 and the remaining weeks will be in-fieldtraining. Ecolab will arrange and pay for your travel and certain travelrelated expenses.

Minimum Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalentTwo years of work or military experiencePosition requires a current and valid Driver's LicensePosition requires the ability to work overnight shifts as neededWillingness to be on call during off work hours and weekends as necessaryPosition requires the ability to obtain required pest certification and/orbusiness licensing pursuant to state/local lawDue to the nature and hours of work, must be 18 years of age or olderEcolab conducts a background check and drug screens on all candidates whoreceive a job offerImmigration sponsorship not available for this role
