  The Personnel Security Analyst II assesses, implements, and maintains security measures for an organization's personnel, ensuring the protection of Sensitive information and resources.

  Conduct investigations, background checks, and risk assessments to identify potential security threats and take appropriate mitigation steps.

  Provide guidance and support to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures, and train staff on security awareness and best practices.

  Collaborate with various stakeholders, such as HR, Legal, and IT departments, to develop and implement effective security strategies and protocols. ​

  The Personnel Security Analyst II plays a crucial role in safeguarding personnel and assets from potential security risks. The Personnel Security Analyst II is a journeyman with experience in conducting background investigations and risk assessments along with other duties associated with organizational personnel security. The Personnel Security Analyst II takes direction from more senior personnel.

  Required Qualifications:

  Must be able to lift at least 15lbThe projected compensation range for this position is $49,400-$82,400. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.   For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
