Responsibilities Serve as Supervisor of the AECW Training Team with responsibility for all matters related to the mission and functions of the division. Plan work to be accomplished by subordinates by distributing and balancing workload and tasks among employees. Ensure that the organization strategic plan, mission, vision and values are communicated to the team and integrated into the team's strategies, goals, objectives, work plans and work products and services. Plan and execute individual instruction for various courses supporting the requirements of various Combatant Commands pertaining to the readiness and mobilization of civilians, both Emergency Essential personnel and volunteers for deployments. Research, coordinate, and prepare programs of instruction for expeditionary civilians throughout DoD and Department of Army.
