Personal Trainer- Spring, TX

　　Part-time

　　Hours are Flexible. Schedule is created by the trainer Monday – Friday. Some early mornings or evenings are expected.

　　Our Personal Trainers are true professionals. Their sole responsibility is to design customized workout programs and train our members based on their needs. You will be responsible for conducting fitness testing and assessments, advising participants of results, providing one-on-one personal training to members participating in the program, and educating them about the fundamentals of strength and cardiovascular training, as well as the proper and safe use of applicable equipment.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Providing one-on-one and/or buddy personal training and programs that client can adhere too.

　　Provide a detailed orientation and fitness assessment that addresses the aerobic, strength and flexibility components of the exercise program.

　　Educate about the fundamentals of strength and aerobic training, as well as the proper and safe use of equipment.

　　Maintain accurate and timely documentation and paperwork (assessments, programs, etc.).

　　Excellent communication, writing, and typing skills (spelling, grammar, syntax).

　　Help with site outreach.

　　What's Needed:

　　Current Personal Training certification from an industry recognized and HealthFitness approved provider.

　　Current Adult First Aid & CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute.

　　Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

　　Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.
