PERSONAL CARE CUSTOMER STRATEGY PLANNING
The Customer Strategy and Planning Executive delivers consistent, competitive, and profitable growth by translating the Personal Care brand strategies into holistic category growth plans in the strategic channels in PH.
The Customer Strategy and Planning Executive will be responsible for leading the Category Growth Strategy, Category Operations and Planning, and Shopper Marketing capabilities within the Personal Care BU. The role will have full accountability for building and shaping winning category & commercial plans for both customers and UL, whilst delivering the category forecast & objectives through effective operations and planning.
Customer Category Growth Strategies are built through fully integrated, shopper, customer, and channel insights and strong validated CVD's. They are an expert in category management and builds strong customer partnerships via their category expertise to help grow customers categories. They also utilise their category expertise across customers and channels as a key input back into the BU, where they are accountable for representing the voice of the customer within IBP, D4C, and NRM.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE Drive and deliver yearly business results for a Personal Care sub-category . Lead category strategy development & guideline and Co-developed innovation launch pack with marketing team since campaign development, financial P&L, channels & activation plan, pack, price, promotion suggestions Provide a detailed analysis of actual sales vs forecast result and propose the rolling channel or action plans to the management. Work jointly with marketing team to assess category opportunities and analyze competitor and channel behavior for the annual plan, forecast and identify areas of opportunity. Plan, execute and evaluate options jointly with CBD (Key Account Managers) for tailor made activities to enhance retailers' commitment and integrating support plans Communicate to the CBD and retail partner team on any marketing/trade marketing initiatives to ensure smooth operation during implementation. Development category specific to each channel and customer, lead the development and execution of category plan, category JBP, D4R and D4C Managing and optimizing category investment, BMI, CCP to achieve turnover with optimal investment. Experiences & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in job related field. At least 2 years of trade marketing, category analyst and FMCG environment experiences. Candidate from market research or key account manager also welcome to apply. Strong customer marketing know-how as a base to deliver relevant and important inputs to marketing, CBD (including field force), finance and planning teams. Able to synthesize various data inputs to shape strategy and executable actions. Working knowledge of data visualization and report software (PowerBI, Nielsen Retail Index) and Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent in English Good in presentation, alignment and negotiation.
