About Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

　　Responsibilities: - Provide personal care assistance to clients, including Daily ADLs, bathing, grooming, and dressing - Assist with mobility and transfers - Assist with Medication Reminders as directed by healthcare professionals - Assist with meal preparation and feeding - Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients - Document and report any changes in client's condition to the supervisor
