Examples include, but are not limited to, the national perinatal patient safety bundles and the Joint Commission Elements of Performance for Maternal Safety. ThePerinatal Safety Nursewill also serve as a champion for the system-wide/Maternal Quality and Safety Program./This individual will be the unitsafetychampion and will effectively develop and execute patient centeredsafetyinitiatives.
