　　Job Description:

　　Performance Test Lead (Multiple Positions), Archer Daniels Midland Company, Erlanger, KY. Drive the performance testing approach across the enterprise. Define and implement performance test strategies including roadmap, tools, framework and approach across application product teams. Understand and document functional and non-functional testing requirements. Maintain and upgrade performance tools and architecture. Produce test deliverables. Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend infrastructure adjustments. Help define SLAs and ensure the System Under Test (SUT) is able to meet those SLAs. Resolve issues and report concerns to Test and Project Management. Provide guidance and training to team members.

　　40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

　　MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

　　Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business, Finance or a related field and 5 years of related work experience.

　　Must have 5 years of experience with/in:

　　• Quality Assurance engineering and performance testing activities;

　　• Developing test plans, test strategy, test cases and test scripts;

　　• Developing automated scripts for SAP and NON-SAP applications using at least 3 of the following: Web HTTP/HTML, SAP GUI, CITRIX, SAP WEB, TruClient, and Web Protocol;

　　• Providing support on SAP work streams and identifying performance bottleneck(s); and

　　• Managing the compilation of business integration requirements into SAP systems.

　　Telecommuting permitted.

　　Up to 5% domestic travel required.
