This position is responsible for coordinating Associate activities in the production process and will monitor Associates' performance. The ideal candidate will be committed to coaching team members and improving the worksite's training, productivity, quality, safety, and attendance. Assists Supervisor with setting up daily/weekly work assignments for staff.

　　Shift Information: Friday- Sunday from 6 AM - 6:30 PM (subject to change)

　　Provides information regarding associate performance and concerns to the Supervisor for appropriate evaluation and action

　　Must learn company processes to accentuate training new associates

　　Monitor performance & safety for every associate

　　Communicates to upper management and human resources grievances

　　Must have at least 1 year of Warehouse Team Lead experience
