What You'll Do

　　You'll be joining our Cisco Silicon One architecture team, which is at the center of the silicon development at Cisco.

　　Our architects deal with all system chip development aspects and deliver specifications to other development teams.

　　Our architects define the features of tomorrow’s devices.

　　Our data-driven approach allows us to provide optimal solutions for our customers by modeling and studying the networks of tomorrow.

　　As an architect, you’ll be required to have strong networking research skills and a strong theoretical background.

　　You’ll be required to model, analyze, and present simulation results of cutting-edge networking solutions for variety of use cases.

　　Who You Are

　　Curiosity, analysis skills with meticulous attention to detail and passion to innovation are in the core of your personality

　　You have strong SW development skills (C++, python).

　　You are experienced with Network Modeling (e.g., ns-3, OMNeT++).

　　You are experienced with the research of networking solutions.

　　You have strong analysis skills.

　　You are familiar with AI.

　　You have self-learning ability: the ability to rapidly grasp new concepts and technologies, sometimes only from papers / specs.

　　You have presentation skills: effective communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical concepts.

　　You are a team player: with a proven ability to collaborate within a team and contribute to collective goals.

　　You have document writing proficiency: strong writing skills for creating technical documentation.

　　You have initiative and leadership: the capability to drive projects and initiatives independently, without the need for managerial authority.

　　You are versatile: and adaptable to diverse tasks and responsibilities within the networking architecture domain.

　　You have attention to detail: meticulous attention to detail to ensure the precision and accuracy of networking system solutions.
