　　Per-Diem Home Health Aide - HHA

　　per-diem HHA to cover any Sick-calls Call-outs, Vacations, Holiday, Fill Slots or as needed by the Administrator The W Group Assisted Living Facility is hiring Home Health Aides. We have our eye out for a compassionate and energetic candidates.

　　Week Days - Weekends - Day - Night - Evenings - Immediately AvailableJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Assist with activities of daily living

　　Light housekeeping/laundry

　　Personal care assistance which includes bathing, personal hygiene

　　Medication pass

　　Provide companionship and basic emotional support

　　QUALIFICATIONS:

　　Must be a New York State Certified Home Health Aide (HHA)

　　Recent Physical, including a drug screen, PPD, and Rubella and Rubeola Titers

　　Ability to arrive timely with a self-driven and positive attitude

　　Ability to interact with the Residents with respect and dignity
