About PeopleSoft Developer (Developer – HCM)

  Applied Technology Services (ATS) is an IT systems integrator and has been a trusted partner to customers in the Mid-Atlantic region for 20 years. We have core competencies in Enterprise Modernization, Infrastructure Services, End User Computing, Workforce Optimization, Cyber Security Solutions, and IT Staffing. ATS provides a wide array of professional and managed services from the data center to the desktop. ATS holds minority certifications in Delaware, Maryland, the District of Columbia, Pennsylvania, and Virginia and is a Third-Party Certified Women Owned Small Business (WOSB).

  We are looking for a PeopleSoft Developer (Developer – HCM). These are hybrid roles.

  Scope of Work

  Identify and troubleshoot bug fixes, defects, configuration issues.

  Provide knowledge and recommendations on PeopleSoft technical issues.

  Works with Functional Analysts in design, development, testing, documentation, and maintenance of Peoplesoft customizations.

  Code and unit tests PeopleSoft customizations.

  (Migrate projects/objects from development to test.

  Prepare production migration requests with all supporting information for move to production environment.

  Minimum Qualifications

  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, as determined by the AOC.

  Three (3) years’ expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role.

  Three (3) years’ expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler.

  Preferred Skills, Experience, and Capabilities

  Five (5) years’ expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role.

  Five (5) years’ expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, Application

  Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler.

  Experience with the following:

              i     PeopleSoft upgrades and testing.

              ii     PeopleSoft selective adoption process. 

  Expert level knowledge of the following:

              i      SDLC methodology and processes.

              ii     SQL.

              iii     Oracle 19C databases.

              iv     REST-based webservers.

              v      App Designer.

              vi     SQR.

              vii    AWE.

              viii    PeopleCode.

  This is a hybrid role requiring on s it e / r e m o t e work as f o l l o w s :

M u st be a b l e t o report on-site within four (4) hours after notification.  All work shall be performed during normal operating hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).  Depending upon project requirements (e.g., Go Lives), the proposed resource(s) will be required to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Offeror proposed resource shall be available to provide on-call operational support as required outside normal operating business hours.
