The People Systems Analyst - Workday Reporting will be responsible for assisting the Workday support team in the data management and reporting requirements of end users across the organization as we implement Workday. The Analyst will have the opportunity to build custom reports in Workday and work to centralize and streamline workforce reporting through reports and in-app dashboards.

We’re seeking a People Systems Analyst - Workday Reporting who loves a challenge and wants the opportunity to grow with a fast-paced company.
Primary Responsibilities
+ + Meet with internal and external stakeholders to define reporting requirements for people data and other organizational data maintained in Workday
Create advanced reports in Workday including the use of calculated fields and consideration of security limitations of end users
Monitor, audit, and maintain report schedules and report organization
Develop and maintain discovery boards and dashboards according to the needs of end users
Be the subject matter expert in Workday Report Writer and Workday Report Designer
Regularly audit data to identify and correct inaccurate data and ensure integrity of reporting
Develop and maintain a data dictionary including definitions of the use and purpose of reportable data fields; consult with stakeholders to identify and/or verify appropriate use of fields
Provide analysis of reporting outputs and explanation of data sources used
Develop in-depth knowledge of the data fields in Workday and understand functional gaps
Provide creative solutions to prevent duplication of reports, using delivered reports, discovery boards, dashboards, or consolidated reports whenever possible with a bias toward end user ease-of-use
