The People Strategy Manager leads and delivers keytalent programs, projects, and initiatives focused on recruitment,performance management, succession planning, development and coaching,organizational development, change management, surveys and assessments,and other talent management processes. The People Strategy Manager is astrong relationship builder that aligns talent management initiativeswith business strategy and values. Duties and Responsibilities: Lead andmanage Talent Management team; provide guidance, mentorship, andprofessional development opportunities Participate in workforceplanning; design and implement job framework; standardizing levels,titles, role descriptions that align with our organizational goals andgrowth trajectory Manage full-cycle recruiting process Develop andmanage competency framework for roles, ensuring skills, qualifications,and behaviors are measurable and clearly defined for performancemanagement and career development Create and refine a performancemanagement system to foster high performance, a feedback culture, andcontinuous improvement Assist with the creation of succession planningstrategies to ensure continuity in key roles Develop career pathing andmobility strategies to facilitate both organization-wide and employeegrowth Analyze and report out on trends in hiring, promotions, andturnover to make data driven decisions Develop skill progressionmatrices for individual departments Implement mentorship and coachingprograms to foster exposure-based learning Collaborate across theorganization to integrate new hires effectively into culture ChampionDEI initiatives Manage employee surveys and analyze results to provideactionable insights to leaders Qualifications: Degree in HR or relatedfield, or 10+ years of experience in lieu of degree 2+ years in asupervisory role Experience designing and implementing talent relatedprograms Ability to communicate and work with all levels of theorganization Demonstrated ability to cultivate trust with leadership andpeers Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on data driven decisionmaking Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, andcompliance requirements Construction...
