  Job TitlePeople Reporting ConsultantJob Description SummaryThe People Reporting Consultant is a global reporting and metrics expert that delivers people reporting and analytics in collaboration with internal stakeholders. This role strives to design easy to use, dynamic reporting solutions. He/she partners with cross functional teams (TDS, People Org, Finance, etc.) to enable processes, data, and consults with reporting high quality insights in alignment with business requirementsJob DescriptionResponsibilities:Reporting to the Global People Reporting Manager, the position collaborates with a centralized, global team of Workforce Analysts to develop and deliver Workday reportsUnderstand the various operations across Cushman and Wakefield geographically and functionallyWork with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy reporting mechanisms with a focus on workforce management and data qualityMentor and coach junior team members to help them accomplish tier 2 reporting requestsAble to leverage Workday and Workday integrated products and features in building custom reports, advanced reports, and matrix reports to be consumed by all levels of People business and business line servicesApplies people data subject matter expertise and analytical insight to Talent Acquisition, Management, or Compensation-related projects and initiatives and across all HCM areasCreates and maintains reports and process documentationStrong analytical skills with the ability to understand and communicate the meaning of measures and metricsWorks independently in a fast-paced environmentCommunicates effectively with colleagues and leaders at all levels of the organizationGood communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to leverage data and analytics to influence decisionsMaintains confidentiality; appropriately protects employee personal dataEffectively prioritizes workload comprised of both transactional and project-based tasksProvide end user support; deliver training and create and maintain process and technical documentation related to reportingDevelop in-depth understanding of underlying data, data structures, and business uses of data and insights to aid business outcomesChampions and executes on a metrics-driven culture. Supports applying, producing, and distributing metrics that support the functionQualifications:5 years of working experience people data3 years of working with Workday reportingExtensive knowledge of workday (prior certification or workday Pro reporting preferred)Experience in designing and developing business facing and internal reports with data visualizationWorking knowledge and exposure across multiple functional areas such as Core HCM, Compensation, Reporting, Security, Talent and RecruitingExpertise in developing Workday Reports and calculated fieldsCustomer service focus combined with excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage collaborative relationships across all the business, regional and global functional areasAbility to get to the heart of the problem and make sound and timely decisions to resolveExperience working in a global model across time zonesProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareProficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS, payroll, and similar employee lifecycle platforms and proceduresHighest personal and professional integrity and strong work ethicsAbility to articulate vision of transformation efforts and a sense of missionWillingness to take charge and provide directionResults orientated, willingness to commit to a direction and drive operations to completionDemonstrated ability to manage adversity and challenging situationsAbility to resolve conflicts and negotiate to drive towards cons
