Description

　　This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining PXT data tools and dashboards.

　　Key job responsibilities

　　• Interfacing with HRBPs/HRPs, gathering requirements and developing complex analytics model and data-sets for deep dive

　　• Identifying the data quality issues across the various platforms at Amazon.

　　• Design and build data visualization tools to provide scalable solution for metrics reporting.

　　• Partnering with HRBPs/HRPs to build analytical solutions.

　　We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

　　Basic Qualifications

　　• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.

　　• Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw PXT insights.

　　• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

　　• Obsession with quality and customer experience - Attention to detail coupled with ability to think abstractly.

　　• Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese, being a fast learner and having the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced development environment.

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　• Experience using very large datasets.

　　• Ability to manage a project from scoping requirements through its launch.

　　• Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with both technical and non-technical customers in order to articulate technical challenges and solutions to complex problems, and understand ambiguous problems.
