  JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job DescriptionWhat this job involves Activelyleverage the central HR platform and available technology in order todrive value and results. Integrate a mindset around diversity andinclusion constantly; be able and willing to coach others\' tounderstand ways to optimize the firm\'s values Establish key stakeholderrelationships and work across boundaries to drive results. Proactivelyanticipate opportunities or issues and develop innovative solutions toaddress the opportunities at root cause with the intention to arrive atsustainable solutions Manage talent transitions and re-deployment(periods of high volume) Diagnose, coach and /or advise managers onday-to-day concerns related to employee performance, productivity andengagement challenges Provide trends, feedback and other ancillary datathat could improve the effectiveness and efficiencies of our team andplatform performance Positioning yourself as a credible champion whoembodies the Jones Lang LaSalle culture and values in all of yourinteractions Lead or participate in other just-in-time projectsimpacting business results Support assigned client base in expansion andstabilization of new business with great consideration given to ouremployee experience Sound like you?
