Perform tasks involving data analysis, testing, requirementscreation/review, and other analytical skillsBe accountable for tasks assigned to you and meet project plan deadlinesUtilize your experience with pension plan administration and/orimplementation workIdentify and resolve issues and problems that will affect accuracy of thetechnical specifications., and manage modifications based on specific clientneeds.Ensure technical specifications - including testing, documentation, andinstructions are accurate and completed timely

Perform key implementation functionsUtilize your analytical and problem-solving skillsManage your deliverables to the project planActively participate in internal status callsActively participate in external/client status callsFacilitate internal and external workshops (data, plan provisions,communications, trustee processing)Train the Delivery team on what the Implementation team built
What you need to have:
3 - 5 years of relevant experienceStrong skills in Excel, Word, and OutlookStrong written communication skillsImpressive analytical and problem-solving skillsPension administration/implementation experience is requiredTesting experience

The applicable base salary range for this role is $57,600 to $115,200.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience,skills, training, location, certifications, education, and anyapplicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on acase-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may beeligible for performance-based incentives.
