　　About the Role

　　In this role, you will partner with business leaders and engineers to build custom software that powers our iconic brands of Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic, and Athleta. You will help define the product roadmap by working with other product management counterparts and leaders to understand upcoming capabilities to positively impact the customer experience.

　　What You'll Do

　　As a PdM II, you will work with your product management counterparts and leaders to understand upcoming capabilities and help to scope out the customer experience.Write robust requirements, prioritize the backlog, and work closely with the engineering teams to deliver and test quality softwareDevelop and manage project plans and key stakeholder engagement strategy on all initiativesBuild relationships with key business partners and other brand stakeholders; articulates product needs clearly and succinctly to different audiences and cross functional partnersDevelop in depth knowledge of industry trendsand standardsto introduce the continual process, tool and methodology improvementsIdentify, measure, and interpret results to validate product strategy; Provide research, analysis, and support for identifying, evaluating, and resolving strategic opportunitiesLead the parcel product team, delivering across multiple initiatives/prioritiesCollaboration with both internal and external partners in our parcel spaceLead planning for near and long-term roadmap alignmentSupport prioritization of delivery based on both internal and external business needsWho You Are

　　Experience in designing, developing and implementing platforms, APIs, and/or complex customer capabilitiesExperience working with large software engineering teams both within and outside of your domainDemonstrate technical acumen; ability to influence and debate solutions with technical team members, to understand technology solutions and potential tradeoffs and to represent technical concepts to non technical stakeholdersAbility to assess relatively complex situations and analyze data to make judgments and recommend solutionsUnderstanding of concepts and procedures specific to own subject areaComfortable operating with ambiguity and driving alignmentComfort engaging with and supporting internal and external leadershipStrong communication/presentation skills, both written and oralBenefits at Gap Inc.

　　Salary Range: $130,600 - $173,100 USD

　　Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
