　　A PCB Design Engineer is needed for a multinational aerospace corporation that designs, manufactures, and sells airplanes, rotorcraft, rockets, satellites, and telecommunications equipment in the Huntsville, AL area. This position will design and oversee the production of printed circuit boards (PCB/PWBs) for critical defense programs in Huntsville, Alabama, requiring expertise in electrical engineering, fabrication, material selection, and supplier management.

　　responsibilities:

　　Create detailed PCB designs and release complete technical data/documentation packages for production.

　　Work from engineering concept to final drawings.

　　Generate electrical schematic drawings for PCB/PWBs.

　　Design PCBs/PWBs, including parts placement, routing, dimensioning/tolerancing, and drawing generation.

　　Establish and document complete PCB/PWB specifications with a good understanding of fabrication processes and industry standards.

　　Provide technical expertise in the selection of PCB/PWB materials and technologies.

　　Oversee PCB/PWB supplier selection, verification, and continuous improvement efforts.

　　Desired Skills:

　　Proficiency in electrical CAD tools, such as Expedition/Mentor Graphics.

　　Design experience with RF, digital, analog, and/or mixed-signal PCB/PWBs.

　　High-Density Interconnect PCB/PWB design experience.

　　Knowledge of advanced PCB/PWB materials, design rules, and manufacturing processes.

　　Familiarity with Design-for-Manufacturability (DFM) and Design-for-Assembly (DFA) analysis tools/processes.

　　Experience with mechanical CAD tools for importing/exporting mechanical information.

　　Education and Experience:

　　Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering.

　　Minimum 1 year of PCB/PWB design experience.

　　Minimum 3 years of engineering experience.
