Description We are looking for a skilled PC Technician to join our team in Houston, Texas. This role involves working with a range of computer hardware and software systems, database management, and cable installation. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and peripheral issues.

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop and laptop PCs and peripherals such as printers.

• Assessing and upgrading existing computer systems to improve performance.

• Installing and supporting both wired and wireless networks.

• Administering and maintaining systems support for software, hardware and servers, test, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve all issues.

• Practicing asset management for IT hardware, software, and equipment.

• Managing user accounts and access controls as requested.

• Ensuring the integration of IT systems, communication methods, and software application programs.

• Performing routine audits of systems and software, and resolving any problems identified.

• Providing training and technical support for users with varying levels of IT knowledge and competence. Requirements • Proficient knowledge of Computer Hardware

• Familiarity with Database structures and management

• Experience with Dell Technologies

• Understanding of EO/IR systems

• Proficiency in Linux Technologies

• Experience with AB Testing methodologies

• Knowledge of Active Directory

• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain Apple Devices

• Understanding of Backup Technologies
