Description

　　ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

　　. Answer all calls promptly, following brand standards.

　　. Accept messages and confirm with guest prior to delivering for accuracy.

　　. Receive and in-put wake-up call information for guests.

　　. Accept guest maintenance requests and relay to the engineering department.

　　. Answer basic hotel and area questions for guests.

　　MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

　　. Position requires flexibility of availability.

　　. Proficiency in Micro Soft Office required.

　　. Must be able to lift and transport up to 30 lbs.

　　. Position requires extended periods of sitting.

　　ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

　　. Experience in previous use of multiline phone system preferred.

　　. Previous experience as a call monitor or operator a plus.
