Change Agent Manager for a growing food manufacturing company near Rochester, NY. This role is responsible for fostering culture change by training, developing and coaching employees to adopt lean philosophies. To be considered - Bachelor's Degree with experience leading operational change across a high-speed manufacturing organization. This is a direct hire opportunity within a growing company. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (Engineering degree is preferred)
Must have at least three (3) years experience leading operations change within a high-speed manufacturing environment (CPG, beverage, cosmetic, food processing is ideal)
Knowledge of Lean principles, TPM, SPC, and 5S
Travel up to 50%

responsibilities:
Develop and create an operational program for building a culture of ownership, accountability, employee engagement, and effective problem solving in each role
Partner with and coach senior operations leaders throughout the organization to design and deploy the program
Develop, cascade, and standardize tools, systems, and technology across current and future plants
Develop a production system that drives transformational and continuous improvement
Coach plant leadership teams and frontline managers on the deployment of principles, programs, and processes
Coach leaders to shift focus to enabling, engaging, and expecting their teams to solve problems
