Description

　　Robert Half is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Tax Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll tax compliance, be well-versed in tax regulations, and possess excellent analytical skills.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Calculate and process payroll taxes accurately and timely.

　　Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.

　　Reconcile payroll tax accounts and resolve any discrepancies.

　　Prepare and file quarterly and annual payroll tax returns.

　　Stay updated on changes in payroll tax laws and regulations.

　　Assist in responding to tax inquiries and audits.

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

　　Certified Payroll experience a must

　　Proven experience in payroll tax accounting.

　　Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.

　　Proficient in using payroll software and Microsoft Excel.

　　Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

　　Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

　　Requirements

　　Education and Experience:

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

　　Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll tax accounting.
