　　One of our clients in the Hayward area is looking for a HR/Payroll Specialist

　　Contact Ade Henderson via LinkedIn for immediate consideration

　　Process and manage weekly payroll cycles

　　Calculate and input employee hours, overtime, bonuses, and commissions

　　Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations

　　Address payroll-related inquiries from employees

　　Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting

　　Prepare and submit payroll-related reports as needed

　　Requirements

　　Proven experience as an HR Payroll Specialist or in a similar role

　　In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance

　　Strong attention to detail and accuracy

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

　　Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
