　　Robert Half is looking for a Payroll Clerk to support the Payroll department at a growing company in a variety of duties. The opportunity is located in the Morgantown, Pennsylvania area. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter to work with an industry leader on a career path with growth in this challenging position. The dynamic company has an open position for a skilled candidate capable of effectively communicating with both the internal team and outside customers to join their fast-growing team. The Payroll Clerk will tackle challenges in data entry, reconciliation of timecards, paycheck distribution and providing statements to various departments. Are you looking for a long-term role? 　　Major responsibilities

　　Run and build custom reports

　　Fill in data into spreadsheets and the payroll system

　　Administer and distribute reports as instructed

　　Reach out to employees via phone and email to obtain timesheet approvals

　　Craft and deliver training to employees on the use of proper payroll practices, including timesheet entry and online methods of accessing pay statements

　　Data entry into spreadsheets and the payroll system

　　Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, scanning, faxing, photocopying, etc

　　Requirements - Data entry, document management, file creation and previous records experience required

　　Sound written and verbal communication skills

　　High attention to detail

　　Previous payroll experience

　　Knowledge of journal entries

　　Strong familiarity with SAP

　　Solid understanding of Paychex

　　Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills

　　Eagerness to master new systems

　　Efficient in Payroll software
