　　Our client is looking for a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to start at their growing company. In this role you will be responsible for payroll processing, journal data entry, and must be familiar with Workday payroll module. The Payroll Specialist must be effective at setting up new, more efficient, processes and documenting Standard Operating Procedures. 　　Very stable payroll person who has processed US payrolls for a long time and wants to continue doing this type of work.

　　Someone who has worked with employees across many states.

　　Has had responsibility for journal entry data from payroll processing.

　　Workday payroll module and ADP SmartCompliance systems experience.

　　Has run W2Cs and fully understands the importance of processing these in a timely and accurate manner.

　　Takes full ownership of completing the payroll and settlement processes and will escalate for assistance so as not to miss any deadlines.

　　Remote worker with strong work ethic who fills their days with full slate of results and limited distractions.

　　Has an "employee service center" mindset and is proactive and efficient in responding to employee questions.

　　Works well across a team and is proactive to involve partners, especially Benefits SMEs, to assist in solving employee issues.

　　Is effective at setting up new, more efficient, processes and documenting Standard Operating Procedures.
