Description

　　Robert Half is looking to staff a Payroll Manager with our well-respected client! The Payroll Manager will help meet standards for the financial department necessary for growth and will work on tax-related tasks, such as W2 forms, preparing reports and updating policies. This may be the role for you if you are a dynamic Payroll Manager with excellent communication, proven leadership, and are deadline driven.

　　What You’ll Accomplish

　　• Process full cycle semi-monthly and monthly payrolls for US, Canada and multiple countries.

　　• Experience with Commissions, draws, bonuses, and Equity transaction requirements

　　• Must be comfortable with creating import files (new hires, deductions, pay data) from various

　　sources and troubleshoot import/system errors

　　• Manage tax notices with ADP Smart Compliance – process amendments, tax filings, and pay

　　invoices

　　• Assist with Workers Comp, 401K, and financial audits as required

　　Requirements

　　• 5+ years of experience of full cycle US multi-state and Canada payroll experience; bonus points

　　for global payroll experience (EMEA) or Global PEO experience

　　• 3+ years Experience with ADP Workforce Now

　　• Experience with foreign currencies and good understanding of fx rates

　　• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle and prioritize multiple tasks to meet all

　　deadlines

　　• Excel Skills – must be comfortable with sumifs and pivots

　　• Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy

　　Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong customer service skills
