Description

　　Robert Half Legal Permanent Placement is seeking a Paralegal with bookkeeping experience for a dynamic Hartford, CT area firm. The ideal candidate will work in various practice areas, particularly focusing on family, criminal and personal injury cases. This role requires direct client/adjuster contact and litigation management. Although a paralegal certificate is not required, an ideal candidate should be proactive, dependable, organized and able to function and work independently. We offer both full time and part time hours.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Assisting with personal injury and bookkeeping.

　　Directly communicating with clients and adjusters.

　　Manage litigation files, including organizing and tracking case documents.

　　Assisting with case preparations.

　　Familiarity or willingness to learn and use TABS, a software for billing.

　　Requirements

　　Experience in bookkeeping.

　　Minimum of 2 years of work experience in litigation.

　　Familiarity with TABS or similar billing software.

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

　　Substantial ability to prioritize and coordinate work.

　　Ability to work independently and proactively.

　　High level of dependability and organization.
