In this position, the Payments Compliance - Sr. Treasury Analyst will support the UKG Immedis business and will report directly to the Vice President, Client Funds Processing & Operations. The position is responsible for the oversight of the payments compliance for our global payroll solution, OneView. The focus of the position will be understanding our global payments flow of funds, controls and risks associated with the payment processing. The Sr. Treasury Analyst will work closely with and ensure compliance with the third-party payment providers and ICP’s (in-county providers for tax and payment processing) that facilitate our global payment processing.
• Develop and maintain mapping of all global payment flows to clearly understand the global payments structure currently in place
• Identify and monitor risks associated with the current payments model
• Provide risk mitigation recommendations and work cross-functionally to implement changes
• Research and understand regulatory payment guidelines to ensure that we are providing a compliant solution
• Oversee controls and reporting on all exception payment processing
• Ensure proper authorizations are maintained with third party payment processors and ICP’s
• Evaluate and identify areas of process improvement opportunities
• Establish guidelines, eligibility criteria and monitoring of client funding methods
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams, working in coordination with the AML Compliance, Privacy & Risk, Corporate Treasury and Treasury Operations teams to facilitate the completion of any compliance requirements.
• Monitor adherence by all teams of the established policies and procedures as it relates to payments compliance requirements
• Take on additional responsibilities and duties as the new position and business requirements evolve in the growing global payroll and payment processing area of our business
• Demonstrate integrity, ethics, accountability, responsibility, initiative, and teamwork at all times.
Qualifications
Basic Required Skills:
• 4+ years of treasury, banking, payments or compliance experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics or related field required
Preferred Skills:
• Experience within a payroll/tax/benefits processing organization or other
payments services industry that handles client funds
• Experience with third party payment processors
• Experience with payment regulators and audits
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, organizational and communication skills
• Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Pay Transparency for Colorado, New York, Washington and California
The pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington and California is $XX to $XX (or $XX), however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
