You will be responsible for sales and customer service. Candidates must have outstanding communication skills, be detail oriented, have computer proficiency, and have excellent customer relation skills. Familiarity with manufacturing is beneficial, but not required. You need to develop and maintain knowledge of products, customers, administrative and production processes. You will support outside sales with quoting, order processing, product knowledge, etc. as the need arises. You will research market pricing and accurately cost various parts to ensure accurate and competitive quoting for sales team. Responsibilities
Demonstrate GSM product knowledge, and effectively capture and communicate customer requirements. Interact with customers in a professional manner.
Support Inside Sales by serving as expert on identifying parts to quote.
Develop and maintain knowledge of GSM products, customers, administrative and
production processes.
Support outside sales with quoting, order processing, product
knowledge, etc. as the need arises.
Process orders quickly in a complete and accurate manner.
Research market pricing and accurately cost various parts to ensure accurate and
competitive quoting for sales team.
Review job costs to identify and document opportunities for cost reductions, and to
assist in increasing margins where possible.
Work with engineering and production to communicate customer needs and resolve
issues.
Provide exemplary customer service and forward issues requiring action to the
appropriate Director.
Collaborate and effectively manage internal relationships with engineering, production,
accounting, and sales teams.
All other duties as assigned by management.
