TitlePavement Marking Technician II  (Bluffdale, UT)

　　DescriptionESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Must have a valid Driver's License.We provide Safety and Job Training.Starting pay $22 per hour.Ability to read and understand basic striping plans and perform needed layout including intersections markings. Ability to communication with contractor's rep., the field inspector, and all field personnel under your supervision. Ability to complete daily required paperwork. This includes accurately logging all yield conversions and verification of meeting required specifications* Implement striping plans and Prefrom needed layout including intersections markings* Install Prefrom Plastic and Preformed Thermoplastic to job specification* Operate and maintain all hand equipment including milling equipment* Operate and maintain paint trucks* Install temporary pavement markings* Follow all safety rules and regulations and wear proper safety equipment ( work boots - 6 inch with safety toe, hard hat and safety vest)* Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures* All other duties as assignedOTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:* Complete daily paperwork accurately* Work well in a team environment* Provide highest level of customer service to all customers* Excellent attendance required, dependable transportation, good work ethic

　　Position RequirementsWORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:* Regularly exposed to outside weather conditions; moving equipment and machinery parts; moving traffic and fumes and airborne particles* Noise level of the work environment is usually moderate/loud* Regularly required to stand/walk; reach with hands and arms; for up to 14 hours a day* Must be able to travel overnight* Regularly lift and/or move more than 50 pounds though out your shiftREQUIREMENTS:* High School Diploma or GED* Pass a drug test* Must have valid Driver's License* Ability to participate and pass Company Sponsored Flagger Certification* Must have or be able to obtain an ATSSA TCT Certification* Must be or be able to obtain ATSSA Pavement Marking Tech Certification(if state requires)* Defensive Driver Training* Verzion ConnectWe are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer Minority/Female/Disability/Veteran
