  Patient Transportation Coordinator at Providence Office Park in Portland, OR - This position has multiple openings for Variable shift

  The Patient Transportation Coordinator coordinates the movement of patients within and outside of the hospital. The Patient Transportation Coordinator has the primary responsibility of reviewing and coordinating non-emergent medical transportation requests for patients leaving the hospital and reviewing and coordinating patient transport within the hospital. Chart review and/or calls to clarify transportation needs will be performed to assure appropriate modes and timing of transport.

  Required Qualifications:

  Associate's Degree or 2 years in an acute care transport lead position or 2 years in acute care resource coordinator position.

  Two years of Hospital Healthcare experience.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare field.

  Transport Lead.

  Resource Coordinator.
