　　Our client in Oakland, CA is actively seeking a dynamic and dedicated Patient Service Representative fluent in Cantonese to join their team. If you have a passion for providing exceptional patient service and possess strong communication skills in Cantonese, we welcome you to apply.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Greet and assist patients with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.

　　Schedule appointments, manage phone calls, and ensure accurate patient records.

　　Provide information to patients regarding services, procedures, and billing inquiries.

　　Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless patient experience.

　　Handle patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently, maintaining a positive atmosphere.

　　Address patient concerns and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

　　Verify insurance information and process necessary paperwork.

　　Uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality and ethical conduct.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Fluent in Cantonese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

　　Proven experience as a Patient Service Representative or in a similar role.

　　Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures.

　　Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

　　Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.

　　Familiarity with insurance verification processes is a plus.
