FTE: 1.000000 Shift: 1st flexible 7 am to 5 pm Job Summary:Responsible for coordinating and responding to patient complaints andconcerns by facilitating open dialogue with patients, family members,and any other personnel involved in the patient\'s financial needs withthe ultimate goal of identifying a solution that is in the bestinterests of patients, staff, and family. Acts as liaison with otherdepartments to resolve patient complaints. This individual will employboth proactive and reactive strategies to ensure patient financial needsare of the highest priority. Creates, monitors, and updates allelectronic and paper patient financial communications. Gathers andanalyzes patient experience data, performs reporting, and developsstrategies to enhance patient billing experience. Other duties asassigned. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: Three to five years of clinicalexperience is required. Experience auditing medical records and patientbills is preferred. Prior customer service experience is preferred.EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Bachelor\'s degree in a related discipline isrequired. Emphasis/minor in communications or psychology is preferred.TRAINING DESCRIPTION: Conflict Management Training is preferred.
