Responsible for greeting all patients/visitors by telephone or in person in a positive and cheerful manner. Schedules patient office visits and performs all sign-in and check-out procedures with a customer-oriented focus. Coordinates all clinical phone calls and work schedules with the physical therapists, occupational therapists, and physical rehabilitation staff. Performs other related duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School diploma
Experience: Previous experience in customer service environment desirable. Previous experience filing insurance claims and collections experience.
Other: Computer skills; ability to interact positively with others; excellent verbal communication skills and problem solving techniques; extreme accuracy and confidentiality required.
TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Functional range of motion. Requires functional vision and hearing. Occasional lifting floor to waist 5 pounds, carrying 5 pounds 20 ft. May alternate sitting/standing positions as needed. Occasional standing/walking. Frequent sitting. Requires manual dexterity, either hand may be used.
