At least five (5) years of experience handling patent prosecution is required; training/technical background must be in molecular biology, cellular biology, biochemistry, genetics, or the like. On-point law firm or in-house experience will be considered, experience managing a small group is a plus.

　　This firm is a very well-respected IP boutique, that provides an excellent platform and structure. Billable hours are very reasonable, compensation and bonus are competitive and dependent on experience; excellent benefits.

　　Qualified candidates will preferably have a post-graduate and/or PhD degree in biology, molecular biology, cellular biology, biochemistry, genetics, or something closely related. Licensure with USPTO is required.
