　　What You’ll Do

　　As an SAP Training and OCM Senior Consultant at Clarkston you will:

　　Drive the development of Change Management and Communications solutions from requirements gathering to implementation

　　Lead the planning, development and execution of SAP training activities

　　Conduct strategic workshops engaging both client executive and operational staff to assess needs and establish SAP implementation strategies

　　Develop and edit module content, materials and media to support the overall project goals, reviewing deliverables for completeness, compliance with standards, and consistency with the detailed design

　　Requirements

　　What We’re Looking For:

　　Five (5) years of experience in delivery of Training and OCM programs

　　Three (3) years of experience supporting business process and SAP systems implementations

　　Thorough client services orientation and accustomed to taking an active role in executing engagements and project plans/tasks

　　Excellent team building, mentoring, and leadership abilities

　　4-year degree in Business, Communications, Management Information Systems, or an equivalent discipline

　　Travel Requirement

　　Travel is an integral part of this role and is estimated to average up to 25%. This may vary based upon client and project needs. When not traveling, consultants work from their home office. Relocation is not required.
