Gallagher Township Supervisors are seeking applications for a part-time Secretary-Treasurer position who reports to the Board of Supervisors. Duties include but are not limited to attendance at Township meetings, recording and transcribing meeting minutes, process deposits, expenditures, and payroll using QuickBooks, filing quarterly and annual payroll tax reports; assisting the public; maintaining financial documents and all Township records: preparing annual budget; prepare and file reports online and serve as the Right to Know Officer. Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office is required. This is a part-time position of approximately 16-20 hours per week. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
