　　Job Title: Part-Time Retail Key Holder

　　Location:Wave, Atlantic City, NJ

　　Salary: $16.50-$17 per hour

　　Job Summary:

　　We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Key Holder of the new Wave retail space inside Oceans Casino in Atlantic City. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and will be responsible for supervising a team of retail store associates, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting the store manager with various tasks.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Supervise a team of retail store associates, ensuring they deliver excellent customer service and meet sales goals

　　Support the store manager with the development and implementation of sales strategies

　　Monitor store performance and recommend strategies to improve results

　　Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store environment to enhance the customer shopping experience

　　Provide support in the hiring, training, and management of store associates, including scheduling and performance evaluations

　　Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and adhere to all local and state regulations

　　Communicate regularly with the store team and stakeholders, and act as a liaison between the store and corporate office

　　Stay current on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends

　　Requirements:

　　High school diploma or equivalent

　　3+ years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of success

　　Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team

　　Ability to analyze sales data and recommend strategies to improve results

　　Ability to stand for long periods of time.

　　Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
