　　What’s a typical day as a Part-Time Project Coordinator? You’ll be:

　　• Tracking activities and scheduling individual and group pilot conversations for the university initiative

　　• Managing and supporting media requests

　　• Making travel arrangements, processing reimbursements, tracking expenditures, managing documentation

　　• Scheduling of Zoom meetings across time zones

　　• Working closely with college presidents, provosts and faculty, and their support staff

　　This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

　　• Have 2 years of related experience in administration or project coordination

　　• Have experience scheduling complex travel and meeting plans

　　• Possess document management skills, including within Word, Google Docs, and PDF formats

　　• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal professionalism when dealing with both internal and external contacts

　　• Have experience in tracking grant expenditures, including travel reimbursements

　　• Have previous project management experience
