　　Part-time Childcare Worker

　　**[Position Summary[:[The part-time Childcare Worker is responsible for maintaining a safe and fun environment for young children to preteens. Their duties include developing and implementing lesson plans, coming up with creative and educational activities, presenting the Gospel message to children, preparing, and serving snacks to children and maintaining a clean environment for the children.

　　Follow approved check-in and check-out procedures to ensure children's safety and compliance with church and ministry security proceduresGreet and reassure parents/guardians during drop-off and pick-up timeEnsure children have good hygiene, adequate restroom breaks, and change diapers as neededClean interactive areas throughout the day and follow safety guidelines regarding cleanliness, spread of infection and prevention of accidentsPrepare meals and snacks for kidsOrganize activities and develop a curriculum for older childrenMonitor supplies, keep a list of needed items, and report findings to the Christian Education DirectorUse a wide range of teaching methods (stories, media, indoor or outdoor games, drawing etc.) to follow a guided age-appropriate curriculum to train children in the scripturesReview the bible lesson plan beforehand and be prepared teach it to the childrenCheck emails for weekly bible lessons and other general communicationsObserve and note a child's unwillingness to participate, any unique situations, and any problems that may occurMaintain communications with parents and know who to contact in case of an emergencyCollaborate with other staff members and volunteers to ensure adherence to teaching standards, ministry rules compliance, and safety regulations[Requirements:]{arial=""}
