Description:

　　Complete insurance related interviews and applications via telephone

　　Gather medical, financial, and occupational/vocational histories

　　Review and edit information collected during the inerview for quality assurance pruposes

　　Make and receive telephone calls, logging call attempts, document information within orfers as necessary, recording call results

　　Skills:

　　Call center, Customer service, Data entry, Insurance, Survey, Service, Service-orientedAdditional Skills & Qualifications:

　　High school diploma required

　　Must be able to work onsite from 4pm-9pm Mon-Fri

　　Ability to multi-task

　　Strong computer skills

　　Ability to read and follow SOPs
