　　The Logistics Specialist assumes a pivotal role within our organization by meticulously overseeing and orchestrating the daily planning and flawless execution of a wide spectrum of logistics and transportation activities. This critical function involves reporting directly to the Transportation Manager, ensuring seamless coordination and optimization of our logistical operations.

　　Main Accountabilities:

　　Facilitating the coordination of transportation services and strategically planning optimal routes.

　　Serving as a liaison between executive management, drivers, and valued customers to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.

　　Engaging in collaborative efforts with internal departments to enhance and optimize transportation services.

　　Conducting thorough assessments of hauler performance, addressing customer inquiries, and promptly resolving any concerns or complaints with a customer-centric approach.

　　Background Requirements:

　　Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering.

　　Master’s degree in supply chain or Logistics will be a plus.

　　1 to 2 years of experience in a Supply Chain/Customer Service/Logistics position.

　　SAP/ERP systems experience will be highly evaluated.

　　Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language.
