Position Summary:

　　The Parts Clerk role is to assist with the parts organization and inventory.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Ordering CPU parts

　　Coordinating with vendors to return unused parts

　　Handling part warranties to avoid penalties

　　Assisting in pulling outside tech parts for the next day’s routes

　　Organizing spreadsheets to keep track of parts and reports

　　Other duties as delegated

　　Qualifications:

　　Moderate to proficient computer skills are required (MS Word and Excel)

　　Must have working knowledge of AS400

　　Able to identify part numbers and cores

　　Capable of ascending/descending flight(s) of stairs without damage to product

　　Overall ability to occasionally move/position product weighing up to 100 lbs. without assistance

　　Must be able to frequently position self to maintain/move product throughout the facility and be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time

　　Must be able to constantly work in an open/outdoor warehouse environment

　　Pass a post-offer, pre-employment background and drug test

　　High school diploma or GED is required

　　Full time schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, with overtime as needed
